We are based in the United States and we ship worldwide. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to update. 

International orders can take anywhere from 5-18 business days based on geographical location. 

We understand how frustrating lost packages can be! For that reason we offer tracking with every shipment. Sometimes a package gets scanned before it’s actually delivered. 

• Give it 24 hours to see if it turns up the next delivery day. 
• Check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to wrong address. 
• Check with your property management office if applicable 
• Check with your local mail carrier. It may be on hold for pickup. 
• Please contact USPS to file a claim at usps.com or by calling 800-ASK-USPS 

Kyah Swim is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once it has left our HQ. Customer assumes all responsibility once packaged is marked as delivered. 

If package is returned to Kyah Swim for invalid address or failure to pay duty, the customer is responsible for paying shipping to resend. Customers unwilling to repay shipping charges or failure to pay customs, will forfeit their order.

While most swimwear companies do not accept returns, at Kyah Swim we understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t work out. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if it meets our requirements.

If our item meets all return criteria please email info@kyahswim.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and which item(s) you would like to return. Returns that do not meet our guidelines will not be accepted under any circumstance.

If we accidentally shipped you the wrong item, again, please email us within 24 hours so that we can get the correct order to you as soon as possible. 

Kyah Swim is not responsible for normal wear and tear and we don’t not offer refunds once the product has been worn. 

The Kyah Swim team processes orders quickly to ensure they reach our customers as fast as possible. If you need to make changes to your order please email us at info@kyahswim.com as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched we CAN NOT make any changes or cancel your order. 

All items marked “SALE, PROMO or DISCOUNTED” are considered FINAL SALE and therefore can not be returned or exchanged.

Additionally, items purchased with 25% or higher promo code are also considered FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

• Hand wash swimwear in cold water with mild soap or detergent 
• Hang or lay flat to dry in shaded area 
• Do not machine wash 
• Do not bleach. Do not iron. 
• Do not put swimwear in the dryer 
• Avoid oils, tinted sunscreen, and bronzing lotions. Fake tanning products may also effect your bikini fabric. 
• Rinse immediately after chlorine exposure 
• Avoid rough surfaces that may pull on the fabric
